Fit the cup and blade unit onto the main body and press down. Blending begins with the press, so there are no buttons or dials to set.
Will it work on Indian power supply?
Yes. Blenza is rated for AC 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz, which matches standard household supply in India.

Our story
Premium should never feel out of reach.
Ardor started with a search we kept making ourselves: a kitchen appliance that felt premium in the hand and looked beautiful on the counter, without the price that usually comes with it. We couldn't find enough of them, so we built a brand around them.
We are based in Rohtak, Haryana. Every product we pick has to pass three tests: it must look premium, perform every day and carry an honest price. Prism and Blenza are the first two. More are on the way.

1. Who delivers your order
Ardor products are sold through Amazon, Flipkart and Blinkit. The marketplace or its delivery partner ships your order, so delivery charges, expected delivery dates, serviceable pincodes and tracking are shown on the marketplace when you order.

Blinkit delivers in its serviceable areas. Availability depends on your city and local stock.
3. Damaged or missing items
Please check your package when it arrives. If the box is damaged or anything is missing, report it to the marketplace within its reporting window, ideally with a photo or unboxing video. Let us know too, and we will help you get it sorted.

1. What is covered
Every Ardor product, including Ardor Prism and Ardor Blenza, carries a 12-month warranty from the date on your purchase invoice. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
2. What we will do
If we confirm a covered defect, we will repair the product or replace the defective part or the product, at our choice. A repaired or replaced product stays covered for the rest of the original warranty period.
3. How to make a claim
- Your invoice from Amazon, Flipkart or Blinkit.
- The product name or model number and a short description of the problem.
- Photos or a short video showing the issue.
Send these to us using the contact details below. We will review your claim and share the next steps, including pickup or drop-off.
4. What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, drops, misuse or not following the user manual.
- Liquid getting into the motor unit or main body.
- Use on the wrong voltage or with damaged wiring.
- Commercial or non-household use.
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Ardor or our authorised partners.
- Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic marks.
- Products bought from unauthorised sellers or without a valid invoice.
5. Where it applies
This warranty is valid in India for products bought through authorised channels: Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and this website.
6. Your statutory rights
